Post One is a High Adventure Boy Scout Venture Crew (formerly known as Explorers). Although most of our members are located in Long Island, NY, our adventures take us all over the world. Hiking, Biking, Backpacking, Rock Climbing, Ice Climbing, and Kayaking are just a few of the adventures we enjoy. We are co-ed and open to those age 14 and up; those 21 and older are our "advisors". So, don't be afraid to join us if you're not a teen; as long as you're a kid at heart!

Sea Scouting: "Is adventure on sea and land." It's more than sailing. It can be snowboarding, skiing, riflery, bowling, trips to a museum or the movies, helping the homeless, anything you want it to be. It's your ship. The crew elect the officers and decide on the length of their command. Crew members plan and organize the activities. Where do you want to go?
116 is a High Adventure Crew. We specialize in hiking, camping, rock climbing and rappeling, skiing and community service.

We are a Native American Dance team also known as the Silverhawks. We meet at the Baldwin Scout House on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month. Anyone with an interest for learning Native American Culture is invited down.
